Proposal Submission Instructions

Users should follow the steps below in order to submit their proposal.

  1. Register to the site by completing all the personal information through the link Participation.
  2. Login using the information provided through the registration e-mail received through the link User Login.
  3. Completion of the proposal form/ Submission of the proposal through the link Proposal Submission.
  4. Final submission of the proposal.

 

Important notes:

During the completion of the submission form, users may save their proposal. After the final submission of the proposal users will not be able to edit or change the proposal. The system automatically counts the characters used to complete the fields. Even one character in the field counts as an answer by the system.
Users are responsible for completing all the fields appropriately. The system will not check whether all fields are completed.
